Cambs/Beds/Herts meet invitation

Just a reminder to anyone who's interested, this meet is on this coming weekend and it may be the last decent weather of the year, so come down have and have a nice day out with fellow Rover-people.

If I don't make it in buttercup (Things a bit tight) will try and get there in widget may spoil the ocassion as its a 87 XR3i cab :?

could park it out the way in a corner at least I'll get to meet a few other forum members

We can accommodate a widget I'm sure We're normally there till around about 5-5.30 ish, depends on the weather, turnout etc normally but seeing as this weekend looks like a good'un I reckon we'll be there for a while. Come down it would be nice to meet you.

Nice to meet you and the family today Guy, thanks for coming down. We had a good chin-wag. That XR3i is a nice un-messed with car mate. Nice to see it out and about. Unfortunately I didn't get any pics off today but hopefully one of the other chaps (probably Kev) will get some up soon enough.

What a lovely day it was. We had a few new faces who it was also nice to meet too so all in a very successful meet Kev, again.
Nice of you to come up Guy, I hope you can make it to the next one, I shall go through some articles later and find the details from the Whitewebbs do and PM them to you.
A good variety of cars ranging from Dave and my own 2000 P6's via SD1's of varying types and vintages (a 2000, 3 vitesse's in red, Kev's honest 827 in red, Dave's series 1 3500 SD1, Dave's SD1 series 2 VDP, Gary's MG with funky blue paint and special numberplate, Jon earlier in the day with an MGF and a slightly reworked Mini amongst the collection.
I now know quite a few people called "Dave" I think a collective term for this is Davii maybe :?:

No probs Kev did not expect any photos of Widget to be taken anyway, will try to get upto the next one if I have the funds it could well be in Buttercup The P6
