Rover P6 Club National Rally, Petworth, September 2nd 2012:

I was just wondering, as an aside, why the entry form asks for a stamped addressed A4 envelope.. That's about £1.10 in postage, in addition to the extra weight for the one I'll be sending it in. The form says everything will be given to you on arrival, so was just wondering why the A4 envelope, why not a normal A5 one? ( Apologies for sounding like a stingy old git... I'll fetch me coat.. )

Send an A5 envelope, although you may be not be able to fit your coat in it :D

Chris wrote some time ago:

"I'm acting as messenger for Dave Griffin here.

After a bit of thought and a redesign, the Rally passes etc have now been reduced to a size of 105mm X 75mm (4 1/4" X 3").

So could everybody note that it is no longer necessary to send an A4 envelope - just one big enough to accomodate those sizes."

Thanks folks
Nick

Cheers Nick, & Dave. Trust me to not read back a couple of posts...

Really looking forward to going to this.. Any idea how many cars are booked?? :)

Hi folks

If you're considering coming to Petworth please get your forms in as we're going to be in a position to order trophies very soon and we want to make sure we have a balance for the cross section of cars coming. Deadline for this is August 1st.

Many thanks
Nick

Looking forward to meeting some of my virtual friends :D
I'll be praying for nice weather, if this trend continues it should be a hot summers day as we seem to be running about two and a half months behind on the weather front

We are thinking the same things, hopefully your calculations are right ... :|

I'm going on a chequebook search this weekend. I havent used it since rugeley last year.... but i know it exists :)

It's a jolly big bit of grass.... I reckon you could get the entire surviving population of cars on if you tried...
