Thought I better put a thread up on this massive event, planning of which is well, well advanced.
Entry forms available on the RSR Website http://www.thersr.co.uk/events/diamond-jubilee-national-rally-entry-form
Details and a booking form has also gone out in 'Driving Force'.
My own little corner of this event is co-ordinating the early cars.
As it's fifty years this year only The Rover P6 Club are awarding one of the big trophies to the best Dunlop brakes/sharkstooth grilled (pre mid-1966) car. There will be an area for the early cars, and I am writing to the owners of all the cars I can think of in an effort to make sure they, and their cars, are there.
If you're the owner, or know the owner of a of a pre-1966 car please get in touch, I'll write to the non-internet friendly owners. It would be great to see you at Alcester. It's going to be an unforgettable day.
Thanks
Nick
